Hi, I'm Megan. For more than 15 years, I worked in teaching, coaching, and mental health and well-being support, helping people make sense of complex experiences, navigate change, and find the words for things that can be difficult to explain.

Over a decade of that was spent in the charity sector, where my love of words and writing was used to share stories and lived experience in a way that communicated impact.

Designing services around real people's needs. Giving media interviews for Sky and BBC that connected whilst landing key messages, often with only a few minutes' notice. Writing funding bids that stood out. Creating campaigns that gained traction. Delivering talks to with multi-billion-pound strategic partners.

The thread running through all of it was the same.

Helping people understand why something mattered and why they should care.

Again and again, I saw the same thing.

People don't connect with information alone, they connect with perspective, with experiences, with the beliefs and values behind the work.

And that's what led me to the work I do today.

I help business owners uncover the experiences, beliefs, and perspectives that shape how they work, then turn those insights into messaging that helps the right people see the value of their expertise and understand how they're different.
